写作是一种表达自己内心世界的方式，也是一种让人沉醉其中的活动。但是有时候，我们会遇到一个难题——写什么好呢？这时候，我想给大家讲一个小故事，或许可以给大家一些启示。这是一个平凡而普通的日子，阳光明媚，小鸟婉转歌唱。但是对于小明来说，却感觉整个世界都已经沉浸在了一片黑暗之中。他这段时间压力山大，工作压力，家庭问题，感情挫折，疲惫的身体和心灵让他变得愈发消沉。小明像一个行尸走肉一样度过了一天又一天。他开始怀疑自己的生命是否还有意义。直到有一天，他在书店偶遇了一个陌生人——一个苍老的老妇人。

老妇人接着说道：“但是在佛教里面，我们也相信，只要我们能够从烦恼中解脱出来，就能够找到一种新的希望。”小明深吸一口气，望着老妇人温暖的目光，忽然间有了一些不同的感受。他不由得问道：“您是不是佛教徒啊？”老妇人点了点头，又笑了笑：“不过我并不是一个很虔诚的佛教徒，我只是觉得，在佛教的理念里面，我们能够找到一些帮助我们渡过难关的智慧。”小明从老妇人的话语中感受到了一些希望，但是还有一些疑问。于是，他继续问道：“那么您觉得，我们应该怎么样才能够从烦恼中解脱出来呢？”
