老妇人笑着说:“这个问题并不容易回答。每个人的情况都不一样,解决方法也不尽相同。但是,我想说的是,无论我们面对什么样的烦恼,都需要有一个平静的心态。”小明点了点头,似乎理解了老妇人的话语。“我试着去平静我的心吧。”他想。于是在那个下午,小明慢慢地将自己放松下来,享受阳光和微风。他好像忘记了自己的烦恼,也忘记了时间。突然,他发现那个苍老的老妇人已经不见了。他想起了老妇人对于“烦恼”和“希望”的话语,觉得自己找到了一些新的方向。
